First of all, if you have excess fat on your face you probably have it all over your body.
There seems to be a few cases where some people have a bigger than normal face with a skinny body.
Regardless, the face got that way mostly because of being in a caloric surplus. You’re eating more than your body is actually burning.
That’s the first thing we need to work on in order to lose face fat fast.
Once we get your eating under control, and most likely in a caloric deficit, then you’ll see some dramatic changes in your face.
Lose Face Fat Fast – The Truth!
I received an email the other day from a reader (which actually gave me the idea to write this article) who was struggling with face fat.
He wanted to lose his face fat in just a few days.
I was set back a bit because to lose fat, it takes some time.
Sure, you can lose a few pounds in a week, but will you lose all the fat on your face in just days?
The answer, outside of cosmetic surgery, is a big NO.
It’ll take some time, depending on how much fat you have on your face.
If it’s like the guy in the picture above, you can plan on a few months, possibly 6-12 months to see that golden jaw line you’ve been hiding.
If it’s not as big, then a few weeks to a few months.
If that’s not fast to you when it comes to losing FAT, then I don’t know what is!
How To Lose Face Fat Fast – The Exercises
There are some things you can do to help get rid of the fat on your face.
No, it’s not any cheek or face exercises, just simple cardio and even weight lifting exercises will do the trick.
I recommend doing cardio maybe once or twice a week if you’re going to do high intensity interval training.
If you want to just walk, then I recommend about an hour a day everyday.
Then, for weight training, do compound exercises; bench press, squats, deadlifts, over head presses, etc. no more than 3 times a week.
That will help accelerate the fat loss on your face.
How To Lose Face Fat Fast – The Diet
To lose face fat fast, you’ll need to work on your eating habits.
Now, that doesn’t mean you have to say goodbye to your favorite snacks forever, you just have to dial it down a bit.
Here’s what I recommend:
Get on a scale and weigh yourself.
Then, start to dial down your eating just a bit (or a lot, depending on how motivated you are) and weigh yourself again in a week.
If you lost weight, then that’s a good thing, obviously.
I like to shoot for around a 2-3 pound weight loss whenever I’m losing weight.
If you’re not in that range, adjust your eating even further.
Then weight yourself the next week.
Continue to make adjustments like this until you’re losing a good amount of weight each week.
Obviously, this is a simple method.
But it WORKS, if you work it!
Combine this simple diet strategy and the cardio and weight training and you’re on your way to lose face fat fast!
