But how do you get a fit stomach if you currently looking at a flabby gut?

This will help get your mind focused on what you must do in order to get a fit stomach.

So the first thing we like to look at is where you’re currently at.

If you just have a little bit of stomach fat, then you’ll only need a few adjustments in order to get that fit stomach you’ve been wanting.

If your belly hangs over your pants by an inch or two, then we’re looking at a few months in order to get that in shape.

And if your belly is like our friend in the picture above, then we’re going to need a total overhaul.

But remember, we’re here for you…

and we’re going to turn that beer belly stomach into a fit stomach!


So we kind of have an idea of how long this will take.

What we also need to look at is, why your stomach is the way it is.

Most of the time, it’s simply overeating.

Drinking too much beer.

Over consuming of sweet foods.

Too much fat and carbohydrates at the same time.

The list goes on and on.

So we have to dial that down a bit.

I’m not saying to completely eliminate it, no!

As a matter of fact, enjoying your favorite foods/drinks from time to time will help with diet adherence.

But in order to get the fit stomach you want, we’ll need to make some sacrifices until we get there.

And let me tell you, it’s all very much worth it!

Choose a diet that you think will work for you.

The ones I recommend is either low carb with high fat or high carb, low fat.

If you’re not extremely overweight, I’d recommend you start an exercise routine.

Aside from ab exercises, you also want to make sure you’re doing a full body weight training program.

This will help to build fat burning muscle that works for you 24/7 burning fat all over your body.
